We wanted to update you on our response to the COVID 19 pandemic in regards to recent guidance from local and national leaders. Going forward, all currently scheduled and future office visits with Dr. Belnap that do not also involve a necessary procedure/injection of some kind will be completed remotely via telemedicine. For those affected, you will receive an invite via email to register. In order to complete the visit remotely via telemedicine, you will need either a smartphone with a camera/facetime ability or laptop with a camera and audio. Cash and insurance rates will be billed in the same manner as regular office visits.

Please call our office if any questions about this type of visit. For those coming to our office for a scheduled procedure or injection, please consider postponing if your pain is not severe, over age 65, immunocompromised or with multiple health issues. If someone is giving you a ride to your visit, we ask you to please have that individual wait in their vehicle. We also remind you if you are feeling sick or have been exposed to someone with known coronavirus, please call to cancel your appointment.
